Michelle Schultz MD practiced as an obstetrician and gynecologist for twenty years before finding bio-individual medicine. She graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit where she was awarded the David L Diamond award for clinical excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Distinguished Service award for service to the medical school. She did her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wayne State University Hospitals. During this time she was raising her two children and was involved in both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts with them. She is a diplomat in the AmericanCollege of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a fellow in the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She has completed a two year fellowship in anti-aging and functional medicine and is affiliated with the Center for Healthy Living and Longevity whose website is cfhll.com. She continues active membership in the AmericanCollege of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Institute for Functional Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Her main interests are in balancing hormones and restoring health through the use of appropriately prescribed vitamins, minerals and other food elements. She is a national speaker in these fields, having addressed audiences in Michigan in a program with MarianneWillliamson and in Snowmass, Colorado at the Wellness Festival.
