Dr. Ferdinand Cabrera is the founder and president of Genesis Health Institute, LLC. Genesis Health Institute specializes in Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine. He received his medical degree, with Honors, from Cetec University in the Dominican Republic. In 1992 he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the V.A. Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr. Cabrera is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine. He is part of a selective group of physicians that has completed a fellowship in Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Cabrera is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Institute of Functional Medicine. He is currently a faculty member of Kaplan Medical and holds a certification in exercise and physical fitness. Dr. Cabrera is also affiliated with the centers of Healthy Living and Longevity. He also actively studies Science of Mind , Metaphysics and Meditation. It is not only the mission statement at Genesis Health Institute that establishing a strong Mind, Body and Spirit is important to your total health, but it is also a strong belief of Dr. Cabreras.
